【町屋さん＆聖志さん編】　和楽器バンド「八奏絵巻」「暁ノ糸」の衣装をデザインしました。【Machiya＆Kiyoshi】 I designed WagakkiBand"Yasouemaki""Akatsuki no ito"costumes.

和楽器バンドさん、新ビジュアルの全員の衣装デザインをさせて頂きました！

新アルバム「八奏絵巻」、MV「暁ノ糸」両方で使われているビジュアルです。

今までゆう子さんのをずっとと、黒流さんのを2度、亜沙さんのを1度作ってきましたが、

今回初めて全員の衣装を手がけさせて頂きました！

I was allowed to do all of the clothing design for WagakkiBand’s new look!

They are being used for Yasouemaki's new album and Akatsuki no ito's music video.

Up until now I've worked with Yuko for a long time, twice with Kurona and once with Asa, but this time for the first time ever I've been allowed to work on everyone's costumes!

黒ベース、紫刺し色が全体のイメージだったので、

ゆう子さん以外全員に黒留袖＋同じ紫の布を使い、統一感とシャープさを出しました。

※個人に合わせた物を均一サイズの女性トルソーに着せて撮影しているので違和感あると思いますが悪しからず。。。

The entire color image was a black base, with purple points, so apart from on Yuko, I used a black "Tomesode"kimono and the same purple cloth for everyone, to give them a sense of unity and sharpness.

What they were made to wear in the photo was made to fit the torso of an average sized woman, so I'm sorry they look a bit uncomfortable...

今回のお二人は、デザインと生地選びまでは自分でやり、製作は工房にお任せしました。

This time for these two, I did the design and chose the fabric myself, but left the production up to the workshop.

Guiter/Machiya collection

七宝文様の帯地入り袴風スカートは、落ち着いたツヤのある布地できれいめに。

The "hakama" style skirt, containing a traditional cloisonne patterned obi, is made from a calm, glossy fabric, to give it a neat appearance.

サイドは編上げになっていてインナーの紫が覗きます

The side is laced up, and you can catch a glimpse of the inner purple

ロールアップもどきの袖には紋のボタン留めを。

所々に黒漆をイメージしたエナメルを配しました。

The imitation roll up sleeves are finished with a Japanese crested button.

Here and there I added enamel in the impression of black lacquer.

ぼかしが綺麗なこちらの未仕立ての黒留袖からジャケットを作りました

I made the jacket from this beautiful gradated untailored black "tomesode" kimono

箏・いぶくろ聖志さん編
Koto/Kiyoshi Ibukuro collection

全体的にカジュアルなデザインにしましたが、手甲や、袴風の飾り、胸元のスタッズなど、

アクセサリーでアクセントをつけました

Overall it is a casual design, but it is highlighted by the decoration on the wrist covers and hakama like skirt, the studs on the chest, and accessories

箏を演奏した時に手元が映えるように、エナメルと紫の差し色で作った麻の葉文様の手甲。

こちらは自分で作りました。

In order to accentuate the hands when playing the koto, I made the wrist covers feature enamel and purple colors, with a traditional hemp leaf pattern.(Asanoha pattern)

This I made myself.
