【べにさん＆山葵さん編】　和楽器バンド「八奏絵巻」「暁ノ糸」の衣装をお作りしました。 【Beni＆Wasabi】 I designed WagakkiBand"Yasouemaki""Akatsuki no ito"costumes.

和楽器バンドさん、新ビジュアルの全員の衣装デザインをさせて頂きました！
新アルバム「八奏絵巻」、MV「暁ノ糸」両方で使われているビジュアルです。
今までゆう子さんのをずっとと、黒流さんのを2度、亜沙さんのを1度作ってきましたが、
今回初めて全員の衣装を手がけさせて頂きました！​

I was allowed to do all of the clothing design for WagakkiBand’s new look!
They are being used for Yasouemaki's new album and Akatsuki no ito's music video.
Up until now I've worked with Yuko for a long time, twice with Kurona and once with Asa, but this time for the first time ever I've been allowed to work on everyone's costumes!​

黒ベース、紫刺し色が全体のイメージだったので、
ゆう子さん以外全員に黒留袖＋同じ紫の布を使い、統一感とシャープさを出しました。
※個人に合わせた物を均一サイズの女性トルソーに着せて撮影しているので違和感あると思いますが悪しからず。。。​

The entire color image was a black base, with purple points, so apart from on Yuko, I used a black "Tomesode"kimono and the same purple cloth for everyone, to give them a sense of unity and sharpness.
What they were made to wear in the photo was made to fit the torso of an average sized woman, so I'm sorry they look a bit uncomfortable...​

Beni collection

コルセットとチョーカー以外の制作は、私のお知り合い、夜虎さんにお願いしました！
Apart from the corset and the choker, the production was done by my friend, Yako!

大人ゴスロリ×和を目指しました​
I was aiming for a cross between Japanese style and adult gothic lolita​

バッスルスタイルでうしろふんわり
背紋付き！
The back is ruffled in bustle style fashion
and has a crest on the back!

おなじみの帯コルセット
​
京都で買ってきた袋帯から作りました。
I made it from a double-woven obi I bought in Kyoto.
​
いろんなところにべにさんのお好きな鳥が沢山います​
The bird that Beni likes is featured in a number of places​


隠れ気味ですが、内側のスカートには金駒刺繍の鶴がいます。
It is slightly hidden, but on the inside of the skirt there is a goldwork embroidered crane.
このコーデ用に作ったチョーカーには、ゆう子さんの帯の後ろに付いているのと同じチャームがついています♪
For coordination, I attached the same charm to this choker that I used on the back of Yuko's obi♪​

山葵さん編
Wasabi collection

山葵さんのは、パンツ以外自分で制作しました。
For Wasabi, I made everything myself apart from the pants.
​

山葵さん定番の背中見せ！
ボトムはあえてラフな感じに、ベルトを帯代わりに上半身を落としたイメージで。

Wasabi's back is showing as standard!
To give the bottom half a deliberate rough feel, I used a belt instead of an obi and made it look like the clothes had fallen from his top half.

山葵色＝緑ということで、少しだけケープに緑を入れました。
このケープに使用している柄が、染めの上に刺繍を施すという、なんとも贅沢な技法で個人的にたまらなく好きです(笑
（この細かい横線が全部刺繍です）
飾り結びは”みょうが結び”です。

As Wasabi's color is green, I added just a little bit of color to the cape.
The pattern used on the cape is embroidering over dye, which is such a painstaking and extravagant procedure, I do love this detail!
(The fine horizontal stitching here is all embroidered)
The decorative knot is a "myoga knot"

スチームパンクがお好きということで、腰巻やアクセサリーに茶色系の鈍いメタリックな質感を配しました。
Because he likes steampunk, I went with a brown, dull metallic impression on the hip-cloth and accessories.​
