2/25発売の「戦-ikusa-/なでしこ桜」より、
「なでしこ桜」のジャケット、MV衣装およびそのライブ用衣装を作らさせて頂きました！
こちらはライブ用改変バージョンで初お披露目は1/7の渋谷公会堂ワンマンでした。
I created Yuko Suzuhana's outfit for the music video and CD cover of "Nadeshiko-Zakura" from Wagakki Band's single "戦-ikusa-/Nadeshiko-Zakura", that went on sale February 25th, as well as the live concert version of the same outfit!
This is the live concert version of the outfit, which was revealed for the first time at the band's show held at Shibuya Public Hall on January 7th!
こちらがMVでの元の衣装です。
Here is the original outfit made for the music video.
こちらの元の衣装では、私はスタイリングとアレンジ、
そして私のお知り合いの着付け師・並木淑徳恵(しとえ)さんにアレンジのお手伝いと当日の着付けをして頂きました！
なので今回の担当は私一人だけでなく、並木さんもです！
MVメイキングの最後にゆう子さんの手を引いていた方です
大振袖にドレスを重ねてその上に袋帯、と・・・ゆう子さん、長時間よくぞ耐えて下さりました・・・
何気に和楽器バンドでは初の、”着物”(切ったり改造していない)を着た衣装でした！
I was in charge of styling and arranging the original outfit.
Shitoe Namiki, a friend of mine who is a kimono dresser, assisted me in the arrangement and dressed Yuko the kimono and skirt on the day of the shooting.
So, both Shitoe and I were in charge of wardrobe this time around
Shitoe was the woman who was shown taking Yuko by the hand at the end of the video that showed the behind-the-scenes of the creation of the "Nadeshiko-Zakura" music video
Putting on a long-sleeved kimono, then a dress, then a double-layered sash....
We admire Yuko for being so patient during this laborious task, that took hours!
Actually this is the first time that She wearing a "kimono" (No cut and remodel) in Wagakki Band !
水浸しでの撮影だったため、長い裾が水を吸い込み一人では移動できないほどでして・・・
よくぞ耐えて・・・(2回目)
Yuko was drenched in water during the shooting. Her long skirt absorbed the water, which made her outfit so heavy that she could not move.....
Again, we admire Yuko for enduring such a grueling process...
アドリブでこんなに華やかに結んで下さりました！
Miss Namiki tied up the Obi so beautifully on the spot!
そしてこのコーディネートのままライブでも動きやすく、すぐ着れて且つ着崩れないように改変したのがトルソーのほうです！
びしょ濡れになってダメになった部分もありましたが、なるべく同じ素材を使用しています。
The live concert version of the outfit (seen on the mannequin doll) was made with the same clothes with the original version but was altered so that is was easier for Yuko to put on and move around in, and was difficult to come loose!
Although some of the material was destroyed by the water, I tried to re-use as much of it possible.
